Team PRO Event's 2019 Schedule of Events offers a wide range of exceptional Exhibitor and Concessioner opportunities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
We feel strongly that we are in partnership with our Exhibitors and have a responsibility to provide the most enjoyable and profitable experience possible.
Application Forms and other materials are available on this page for convenient download following each event listing, unless otherwise noted.
The selection process varies according to each event, however we strive to be consistent in reviewing and making selections on a monthly basis.
Exhibitor notice of status is sent via email within a week of review. Applications are accepted until an event is filled, however deadlines for early bird fees do apply.
A balance of mediums and categories are taken into consideration during selection, with priority given to early applicants and exhibitors with seniority.

World Water Day
March 22, 2019 • Cascade Falls, Mill Valley 1:00-2:00 pm. "A Celebration Of Our Water."
Held annually as a means of focusing attention on the global importance of freshwater and advocating for the sustainable management of freshwater resources, the United Nations General Assembly designated March 22, 1993 as the first International World Water Day.
This Event parallels the International goals for World Water Day. It will be engaging and festive, with many activities featured for increasing awareness, educating and advocating. Brought to you by

First Annual 420 Marin
April 20 & 21, 2019 •
420 MARIN will offer the most current cannabis product information and feature educational displays, demonstrations of the latest in cannabis
and related products by industry representatives. Celebrating Marin County as the undisputed origin of the international term "420". This has become the
worldwide term signifying the cannabis culture. There will be over 100 Cannabis Industry Exhibitors represented. This show will be held at the
Marin Civic Center Exhibit Hall in San Rafael, CA.

38th Annual Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival
June 1st & 2nd, 2019 •
Working in partnership with the Walnut Creek Chamber to develop extensive event redesign and publicity and advertising campaign. In an effort to evolve with the
times our Exhibitor categories for this event have been expanded. Categories now include Exhibitors of Fine Arts, Crafts, Accessible Arts, Pre-packaged Gourmet
Foods, Makers, Vintage, Lifestyle Products.

2nd Annual Fiery Fiesta
August 11th, 2019 • This event will promote a Fiesta Theme, focusing on early California heritage and current trends and interest towards chili peppers
and their use. This new event will feature a blend of red hot spicy foods, exhibitors including hot sauces and pepper products, salsa tasting and competition,
micro brew tasting and a spicy program of musical entertainment (salsa, zydeco & cajun).
It will be presented in downtown San Rafael on Fourth Street.

49th Annual Millbrae Art & Wine Festival

What's not to like? This Festival is one of our favorites and back for another great year.
The Millbrae Art & Wine Festival has become the Peninsula's destination for Labor Day Weekend.
It is an outstanding event both for our participants and the attendees.

63rd Annual Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival
September 14 & 15, 2019 • This little gem of a Fine Arts Festival in Mill Valley returns for it's 63rd Year. The Festival presents the juried
artwork of 130 fine artists. Every year, thousands of art lovers come to stroll through charming Old Mill Park to discover treasures beneath the redwood trees.
The Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival also features two full days of exceptional musical entertainment, varied children's activities, and fantastic food booths whose
profits go to local non-profit organizations - all nestled in a grove of redwoods just up the street from Downtown Mill Valley.

5th Annual Walnut Creek Oktoberfest
October 19th, 2019, Downtown Walnut Creek, CA • -
Working in partnership with the Walnut Creek Downtown and the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau the Fifth Annual Oktoberfest is a
celebration of the Walnut Creek Community, fall harvest season, and celebration of the traditional Oktoberfest in Munich. Traditional performances
and new age musical acts will host the stage while exhibitors will include dynamic displays, a showcase of Walnut Creek restaurateurs will provide
exceptional concessionaires and our micro brew area will expose attendees to local craft breweries and beyond.



24th Annual Mill Valley WinterFest
December 8, 2019, Downtown Mill Valley, CA • -
The annual Enjoy Mill Valley Winterfest celebration is a quintessential holiday season community event. This year's Winterfest is set for Sunday,
December 1st from 12noon to sunset in the downtown Plaza. Winterfest features an array of live entertainment, a Giant Slide, and a variety of children's
activities and great food from fantastic local restaurants. The event culminates with one of Mill Valley's hallmark moments, the holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony.
