Exhibitors Information

Team PRO Event's 2018 Schedule of Events offers a wide range of exceptional Exhibitor and Concessioner opportunities at many events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We feel strongly that we are in partnership with our Exhibitors and have a responsibility to provide the most enjoyable and profitable experience possible. Application Forms and other materials are available on this page for convenient download following each event listing, unless otherwise noted.

The selection process varies according to each event, however we strive to be consistent in reviewing and making selections on a monthly basis. Exhibitor notice of status is sent via email within a week of review. Applications are accepted until an event is filled, however deadlines for earlybird fees do apply.

A balance of mediums and categories are taken into consideration during selection, with priority given to early applicants and exhibitors with seniority.

30th Annual May Madness Classic Car Parade

May 12th, 2018 • The streets of downtown San Rafael will rumble to life again as the tradition of "cruising" Fourth Street is revived in the 30th Annual May Madness Rock & Rollin' Car Show and Parade. May Madness is the longest running car parade and car show in Northern California. Hundreds of vehicles of all types including classic cars, hot rods, and customs will line the streets of downtown San Rafael. Featuring a live music stage and awards for numerous categories and best in show, car aficionados from around the Bay will flock to this classic event. Parade and Display Application $40. Exhibitor Application - 10 X 10 Space $150. Commercial Exhibitor Application - 10 X 10 Space $500.

37th Annual Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival

June 2nd & 3rd, 2018 • Working in partnership with the Walnut Creek Chamber to develop extensive event redesign and publicity and advertising campaign. In an effort to evolve with the times our Exhibitor categories for this event have been expanded. Categories now include Exhibitors of Fine Arts, Crafts, Accessible Arts, Pre-packaged Gourmet Foods, Makers, Vintage, Lifestyle Products. 10 X 10 Standard Space - $275 and 10 X 10 Premiere Space(drive in) - $365. Two Tier Exhibitor Applications. Commercial Exhibitor Applications - $2500. We continue with the new layout developed for 2016, which includes an Exhibitor Drive-in option. A site plan for your reference will be available by mid-December.

32nd Annual Menlo Summer Fest

July 21st & 22nd, 2018 • The next generation of the annual Connoisseurs Marketplace in Menlo Park, CA, with new and exciting presentations as well as a major publicity and advertising campaign. Team PRO Event will be handling many areas including Food Concessions, Operations and Entertainment.

48th Annual Millbrae Art & Wine Festival

September 1st & 2nd, 2018 • What's not to like. This Festival is back for another year and great as ever. Presented by the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce, and held along seven blocks of Broadway Avenue in Downtown Millbrae. The Millbrae Art & Wine Festival is the premier event on the Peninsula on Labor Day Weekend. With over 250 outstanding Exhibitors along with great music on multiple stages this event is a Bay Area favorite. Exhibitor Categories for this event include Fine Arts & Crafts, Packaged Gourmet Foods, Accessible Arts, Vintage and Lifestyle Products. The Festival consistently draws over 65,000 attendees. Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. Exhibitor Application available for download. 10 X 10 Space $375. Food Concession Applications by Invitation.

61st Annual Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival

September 15th & 16th, 2018 • This little gem of a Fine Arts Festival in Mill Valley returns for its 62nd Year. The Festival presents the juried artwork of 130 fine artists. Every year, thousands of art lovers come to stroll through charming Old Mill Park to discover treasures beneath the redwood trees. The Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival also features two full days of exceptional musical entertainment, varied children's activities, and fantastic food booths whose profits go to local non-profit organizations - all nestled in a grove of redwoods just up the street from Downtown Mill Valley.

21st Annual Mill Valley WinterFest

December 3, 2017, Downtown Mill Valley, CA • - It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Mill Valley WinterFest, one of this community's iconic annual events. Celebrating its 21st Anniversary this year, this event has blossomed into a celebration that features snow sliding, a day-long program of entertainment, a visit by Santa Claus, an antique fire truck, food from local restaurants and food vendors, and culminates with a spectacular tree lighting ceremony.
